This App is designed to provide Violence Against Women and Girls (VVAWG) services to vulnerable populations, allowing self-referral users to request assistance and access various resources safely and securely. a. VVAWG Service Form Submission:

  • Form Data: When you submit a VVAWG service form through the App, the submitted information is not stored within the App itself. This data will not be shared with others unless necessary to process and provide the requested services.

b. Case Status Checking:

  • Case Number/Code: Upon submitting a VVAWG service form, you will receive a unique case number/code. This code is required to check the status of your case. Self-referral users cannot access the submitted information after submission.

c. Location Data:

  • Location Access: The App may request access to your location to show nearby VVAWG service providers on the map. This location data is not stored or saved in our databases.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the App for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To facilitate the submission of VVAWG service forms and allow VVAWG partners to process and provide the requested services.
  • Resource Access: To provide you with access to information about VVAWG services, user guides, FAQs, and other relevant resources.
  • Map Services: To display VVAWG service providers on a map based on your location, which is used solely for this purpose and not stored.
