OurPath is a co-parenting app for separated parents in the UK — a calm, shared space for your schedule, parenting plan, shared costs and messages. If something isn't working or you're not sure how a feature works, start here.
Questions, problems or feedback — write to us and we'll get back to you.

Get in touchIn the app, open the family area and choose to invite your co-parent. You can share the invite by message, email or any app on your phone. Some features — like the shared calendar, messaging and the parenting plan — come to life once both parents have joined.
Yes. You can set up your children, explore the app and prepare your plan on your own. Shared features unlock once your co-parent accepts their invite. There's also a solo mode if you're managing on your own.
You can build a plan together or import an existing court order or mediation outcome. Every change is proposed and must be agreed by both parents before it takes effect — nothing is changed silently, and you always have the current, agreed version with a full history.
No — OurPath does not track your location. When you tap Check in at a handover, you can optionally record where it happened, purely to keep a clear record. Location is only ever read at that moment, and everything still works if you decline the permission.
OurPath costs £12.99 a month or £129.99 a year (the yearly plan is two months free), and every account starts with a 14-day free trial. One subscription covers the whole family, and you can split the cost between you — each parent pays only their own share. In the app you subscribe through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. If your mediator or solicitor set up your family, they send you a secure payment link instead (with 20% off for three years). Billing questions: hello@ourpath.app.
On iPhone: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select OurPath and cancel. On Android: open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions, select OurPath and cancel. If you pay by card through a link from your mediator or solicitor, cancel in the app under Menu → Subscription → Cancel subscription, or email us. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Apart from your legal cancellation rights (see our Terms), cancelling doesn't refund the current period.
Sign in with the same account, then open Menu → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If it still shows as locked, email hello@ourpath.app.
You can sign in with your email address (with your password, or a one-time link or code we email you), with Apple, or with Google. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen for a reset link, or choose to have a sign-in link emailed instead. Inside the app, open Settings → Sign-in & security to change your password or turn on two-factor authentication.
Yes. Your information is protected with strong security throughout, you control what's shared, and you can export your data or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
AI helpers (such as calmer wording for a message, or reading a receipt) are optional. Each parent chooses their own in the app under Menu → OurPath AI Assist; the helpers that read documents or your family record ask for your permission the first time you use them, and your co-parent's choices don't change yours. Content is processed by our AI provider, a trusted AI service provider bound by a data processing agreement, and is never used to train AI models. See section 12 of our Privacy Policy.
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. Your account is locked straight away and permanently deleted after 30 days — sign in before then to cancel. Full details are on our account deletion page. You can also email hello@ourpath.app and we'll help.
OurPath connects with family professionals. Parents can invite their mediator or solicitor from within the app, and professionals can find out more on our professionals page.
