Why per-family, not per-parent
Most co-parenting apps charge each parent separately. It sounds fair. In practice it's the single biggest reason these apps fail: the more reluctant parent won't pay to use a tool they didn't choose, so they don't join, so the app is useless, so the parent who did pay stops paying.
Charging per family removes the argument entirely. There is one price for the family, and your agreement decides who carries it: split it down the middle, weight it to match what each of you earns, or have one of you cover the lot. Whichever you choose, both of you get everything.

If you came through a mediator or solicitor
Families referred by a professional get 20% off for three years — £103.99 a year or £10.39 a month. Your mediator will have given you a link. The discount applies to the plan you're on, monthly or annual, and reverts to the standard price after three years.
If you're on legal aid
If your mediator has confirmed you qualify for legal aid, they can give you your first year free, converting to a standard subscription afterwards. Speak to your mediator — we don't make the eligibility decision, they do.
Questions
Does my co-parent have to pay anything?
That is for the two of you to agree. There is one fee for the family, and your agreement sets how it divides — half each, weighted to match what each of you earns, or one of you covering all of it. Whoever pays, pays for their own share directly — in the app, or through the secure link your mediator sent: money never moves between the two of you, and neither of you sees the other's bank details. If your share is nil, there is nothing for you to buy and the app simply works.
How do I pay?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. Subscribe in the app through the App Store or Google Play; if a mediator or solicitor set up your family, pay through the secure link they send you.
Does it work on iPad and Apple Watch?
Yes. OurPath runs on iPhone and iPad, with a companion app for Apple Watch, and on Android phones. Your subscription belongs to your OurPath account, not to one device — sign in on your iPad and everything is there. The Apple Watch app works alongside the iPhone app.
What if I cancel?
You keep full export access permanently. Your records don't disappear and they don't get locked.
Is there a free version?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. A free co-parenting app is funded by something — ads, your data, or a paywall that arrives later, once your records are inside it. We'd rather charge one honest price.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, £12.99. Annual works out about 17% cheaper.
