Why per-family, not per-parent
Most co-parenting apps charge each parent separately. It sounds fair. In practice it's the single biggest reason these apps fail: the more reluctant parent won't pay to use a tool they didn't choose, so they don't join, so the app is useless, so the parent who did pay stops paying.
Charging per family removes the argument entirely. One of you subscribes. Both of you get everything.

If you came through a mediator or solicitor
Families referred by a professional get 20% off for three years — £103.99 a year or £10.39 a month. Your mediator will have given you a link. The discount applies to the plan you're on, monthly or annual, and reverts to the standard price after three years.
If you're on legal aid
If your mediator has confirmed you qualify for legal aid, they can give you your first year free, converting to a standard subscription afterwards. Speak to your mediator — we don't make the eligibility decision, they do.
Questions
Does my co-parent have to pay anything?
No. One subscription covers both of you. If you'd rather share the cost, you can ask them to contribute their share — they pay us, never you, so nobody's bank details are exposed to anyone.
What if I cancel?
You keep full export access permanently. Your records don't disappear and they don't get locked.
Is there a free version?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. Free co-parenting apps are funded by something — ads, data, or a paywall arriving later, which is exactly what happened to AppClose users in January 2026. We'd rather charge one honest price.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, £12.99. Annual works out about 17% cheaper.
Do you charge more through the App Store?
No — the price is the same whether you subscribe here or in the app. Subscribing here means more of it reaches us, which is the only reason we'd rather you did.
